When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, an optional company name, and your message. We do not collect your IP address or any information you do not provide directly.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you have consented, to contact you regarding it. We do not use it for marketing without your consent, and we never sell your personal information to third parties.
Where it is stored
Your enquiry is stored securely in a database on Cloudflare's global infrastructure, and a copy is sent to our inbox so we can reply. Access is limited to the Burgeon Technology team.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiries only for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our correspondence. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
